DO YOU KNOW THE BENEFITS OF TRAINING AT HOME?

Yo do not have excuses to train at home.

Whether to train at home or at the gym: this is a debatable question as both options have advantages and disadvantages but perhaps after seeing the advantages of training at home, you might decide on the latter option.

1. Practicality.

Training from home allows you to choose the place, time, and type of training, given that any space will work to do it.

2. Organization.

With training at home, you can optimize your time, as you’ll make time for yourself and fit it in around other activities that you have.  You will realize that it is not necessary to spend so much time training. Also, not being at the gym means you can concentrate better; you can focus more on yourself and get maximum results.

3. Flexible timing.

You don’t have to worry about having a specific time to go to a sports center or meeting up for a group training session. Any free moment you have, put on your sports gear, and do physical activity. You are completely free in terms of timings and there is no pressure.

4. Privacy.

As you are training alone, you don’t need to worry about people who only go to the sports center/gym to gossip, who end up being annoying (socializing is good, but only to a certain point). Furthermore, you don’t waste time sorting out your sports bag. It doesn’t matter if you train in sweatpants or shorts, with a new or an old t-shirt, if your hair is not brushed…because it’s only you!

5. Save money.

This is one of the most obvious advantages. Given that you aren’t going to the gym, you don’t have to pay your monthly membership fee, the registration fee nor the cost of getting to the sport’s center/gym so you save so much money. Yes, it is true that you make a small investment in buying basic equipment initially, such as dumbbells, skipping ropes, TRX material, ankle weights, but you’ll only have to invest in these once.

6. Variety of exercises.

It might be that you miss some gym machines or equipment but you have to say to yourself that there are endless possibilities of exercise that you can do training whilst at home.

Furthermore, you won’t have to worry about how why and how to use the gym machines (except if you are a gym expert or you train with a personal trainer) nor do you use time asking about them. Being at home allows you to train online with a personal trainer virtually or using social media tutorials. Knowing the time and effort you have put into your exercising will make you achieve your desired results.

7. Healthy.

As you know, doing sport be it in the gym, at home or in the park helps to improve our body and has numerous health benefits:

  • It’s good for our blood pressure. Strengthening heart muscles and increasing blood circulation.
  • It delays the aging process. Stay active every day.
  • It strengthens your bones. Improving the body’s muscular strength.
  • It increases energy levels- The more active you are, the more energy you have.
  • It reduces symptoms of stress. You produce energy, and the body creates positive feelings.

Now you have seen how getting fit is not only a question of going to the gym and eating healthily. Even though food and exercise are basic aspects in order to get fit, get results is not the only problem in the gym, but by training at home too, for only thirty minutes per day and benefits will be NUMEROUS!!!
